Que ce soit vos clients ou vous-même qui gériez la partie fiscale ne change pas l'importance de cette question sur le plan général. Ce genre de dôme géodésique bien que considéré comme amovible et ne disposant pas de fondations, mais restant évidemment plus de 3 mois par an à demeure, est-il soumis à la taxe d'aménagement forfaitaire, et si oui celle-ci est-elle équivalente à l'habitat de type bungalow (taxe de 10.000 euros voire davantage !)? C'est crucial de connaître ce genre de réponse avant de se lancer.
tarpan Merci pour votre réponse, c'est la conclusion temporaire à laquelle j'ai abouti moi aussi (tarif au m² pour du non viabilisé). Mais la DDT ou la mairie peuvent apparemment être pointilleuses si l'emprise au sol (ou la surface de plancher > 1m80 ? — pas clair) fait plus de 20 (35?) m² apparemment.
J'ai précisé > 1,80m parce qu'un dôme géodésique ayant par définition ses parois incurvées vers l'intérieur, sa "surface de plancher" telle que définie précisément par la loi (article R*112-2 du code de l'urbanisme) est en réalité INFÉRIEURE à son emprise au sol — point particulier que personne ne semble avoir noté dans le milieu – en tout cas d'après mes recherches jusqu'ici sur les sites spécialisés français…

"The dust extraction works, and if you have a tool length sensor (which I really, really recommend) you can have a really efficient workflow and use different tools without any problems. The software is pretty simple to use and yeah, for wood: a perfect machine. For aluminum: I think it's adequate; it definitely works, but if you really want to produce pieces, I think not with this spindle [1 kW], therefore you really need the more powerful one [2.2 kW]. And now, one of the most important questions everybody wants to know: how much does it cost? The basic machine comes with the spindle holder and without spindle, so you're not forced to buy a new one if you already have one that fits and you can use it and that basic machine is everything fully assembled with controller box and software license. So pretty much plug & play, and that's about 3500 euros. You can also get it without the controller box center software and use any other software you like, as long as you configure it correctly to the input of this machine; it will work and then it's about 3,000 euros. Now, additionally if you also buy a spindle: the one without tool changer and without software speed control is about 260 euros. The one with software speed control is about 320 euros. And the one with tool changer which only exists with software speed control is about 600 euros (which is quite a lot, but well, that's the pricing of Mafell…). A tool length sensor unfortunately is also not cheap: I paid about 60 euros for mine and I don't know which one Felder will offer, but it's so worth it and if you couldn't tell already from the video, if you have a CNC router or get one: get yourself a tooling sensor! And the version with the big spindle and the variable frequency drive is about 5,100 euros. There's also a hand wheel available which you can carry around to control the machine, which works with the software, but unfortunately it's also quite expensive: about 300 euros, and I don't have it so… I can only show a picture. Of course, all these prices are not 100% correct so for more details have a look in the video description. The machine comes as mentioned fully assembled and nicely packed on a pallet with a very thick cardboard box around it, and it weighs about 80 to 85 kg, so you can still carry it around. It also has four adjustable rubber feet so you can make it level."
Le BauBuche multiligne, c'est du lamimois LVL en hêtre. Très beau rendu en effet.
Le tri-pli est le BauBuche multiligne X (avec plis central en épicéa) dont parle Olivier à la fin de son message (et qu'il n'utilise pas). Dans les faits à la date de mon post, Pollmeier a cessé la fabrication de cette version.
Il existe aussi les planches BauBuche S, dons la position des plis est inversée par rapport au BauBuche multiligne (les lignes sont visibles sur les chants et non sur les faces). Je ne parviens malheureusement pas à sourcer cette version, nulle part.
