Update! - I added some greese inside the spring chamber for much smoother lift - and a bit of penetrating oil on the threads. So the lift is much much smoother now!✅

Thanks . It was a quick fix. The wheel chair has rubber wheel so at least I did not have to look for some anti slip material since we are in lock down.

Thanks - I only had few scrapwood so it was not long enough for the tilt to be achieved. Much appreciated.👍

Looks very interesting - I might attempt to make one. Good Job

Thank You! 👍

It will be added on the tweaks for the workbench including overhead dust collection. How ever kickback often comes if the fence is not 100% parallel to the blade - If set properly and using a pust block - chances of kickback are slim

Well done - Looks Neat and Nice.

Thanks. Much appreciated

It slides against the edge and the weight of the circular saw balances the weight - I made it to rip cut comfortable 60cm.

The guide works well for any rip cut below 60cm. I mostly use for ripping plywood 1220 x 2400 so its perfect for such sheets.

Good Idea. I used screws since they were all i had. I sprayed them some waterborne coating so they should be sealed.

Hie Kentaro, check out this link where I showcase the workbench in video format: 3 in 1 Portable Workshop

Yes very solid - I built wall cabinets for the workshop with it and a Manual CNC Workbench which I will post soon. I can cut hardwoods easily -here We use teak and Saligna Hardwoods. No problem Cutting it.👍

PhilipW Yes its based on Paosons Design- After using it for about 3months I made some changes to the design to suit my needs - I will post updates to the table saw in the days to come.

The only challenge I have is the dust collection - The circular saw I have is not good at dust collection so a lot of sawdust falls into the carcass Overall I am happy with it. I going to build an entirely different workbench and compare which I like best. watch this space

DewhitYoussef I found another solution to the dust collection issues - when I have some finance, I will make it and test it compared to this model.
